  7.     25. LIMITED WARRANTY

  9.     The  RBBS-PC program  is provided  "as is"  without  warranty of  any kind,
  10.     either   expressed or  implied, including  but not  limited to the  implied
  11.     warranties  of merchantability and fitness  for a particular  purpose.  The
  12.     entire risk  as to the quality and  performance of the program  is with the
  13.     user, and  should the program prove defective, the user and not the authors
  14.     will assume the entire cost of all necessary remedies.  None of the authors
  15.     warrant that the  functions contained in the  program will meet  any users'
  16.     requirements or that  the operation of the program will be uninterrupted or
  17.     error-free.  In any case, each author's entire liability will be limited to
  18.     the total amount of money the individual user paid  directly and explicitly
  19.     to each author for the use of RBBS-PC.
